We are efficient at contract management of single or multi-component assemblies and overseeing all special processes required from beginning to end, built to customer print requirements.

Unipak places great emphasis on traceability documentation from First Article Inspection reports when required, customer approved control plans, material certifications traceability and work process procedures.

Defense Manufacturing
Unipak Aviation is ITAR Registered, Enhanced JCP Certified and has experience in manufacturing Defense components and assemblies for the DOD.
We welcome both low run quantity projects for testing and high production volumes.
Unipak has the expertise and experience to supply turnkey military components and assemblies requiring additional services such as heat treating, plating, grinding, polishing and custom coatings. Over the years we have built a strong network of suppliers in the industry that are always willing to support the simplest or most complicated customer requirements.
